Exotec SP-3
The Exotec protector pack system has been specially designed for off-road motorcycle riders and is the result of two years of solid development and testing. Front and back views
A polycarbonate chassis, is padded against the body via dual molded Biofoam to greatly improve comfort. This form follows through to the back pack that has a pre-curved articulating pack shield that allows the back pack to constantly follow the changing curvature of a rider in motion. There are three adjustments points on the chest plate and two in the back pack that allow a full range of fine tuning adjustments to be made for different body shapes and sizes.
The quad load distribution straps spread the weight of the backpack to remove the pendulum effect on the rider and ensure all day comfort. Put simply, the Exotec protector pack’s revolutionary design works with no compromises. It’s simply a better way!

Designed for unrestrictive movement, the chest protector has flexion form curvature that allows it to form to the body shape.

H2O hose loop allows for quick easy removal of the Hydration Bladder for care and maintenance. The hose loop can be configured left or right side.
A tool-free back pack conversion kit comes with every Exotec protector pack, adding to its versatility.
Unique tool roll fits into a specially shaped pocket to minimise tool movement. Features parts pocket and a fold out work pad (tools not included).
Pack's weight is balanced by redistributing weight with the quad load distribution points. The top attachment points cantilever the weight to stop the chest plate from sliding up.
High quality YKK zips are used all-round with water resistant zippers used in selective areas to protect your gear from the elements.
