Backpacks are still one of the few product that are almost exclusively manufactured by hand and are covered by a Limited lifetime Warranty. Occasionally, even with our best endeavours to ensure high quality products consistently leave our factory, a product may slip past our gate keepers and into the hands of our customers. So we can apologise profusely for the inconvenience and remedy the problem as quickly as possible in the unlikely event you have a problem, please register your backpack online to ensure your product is covered under Warranty and we can keep you up to date throughout the process.
